In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following definitions apply:

• "pbwin" / "the Company" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the operator of the pbwin platform accessible at pbwin.vip, duly operating in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations.
• "Platform" refers to the pbwin website at pbwin.vip and all associated services, games, tools, and features made available through it.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the individual player account created by a Player upon successful registration with pbwin.
• "Balance" means the PHP amount held in a Player's pbwin Account, comprising real-money funds and any applicable bonus credits as separately tracked.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free spin, cashback award, or other incentive credited to a Player's Account subject to specific terms.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body governing gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required under Philippine regulations and pbwin's internal compliance framework.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" refers to deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion features available to Players within the Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which accessing or using the Platform is prohibited by applicable law.

To register and maintain an Account with pbwin, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during your use of the Platform:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter. This is a mandatory requirement under PAGCOR's regulations for online real-money gaming in the Philippines. pbwin does not permit any exceptions to this age requirement.
2. You must be a natural person — registrations by corporations, trusts, partnerships, or other legal entities are not permitted.
3. You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid Philippine mobile number, and email address. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
4. You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. pbwin services are intended for players located in the Philippines. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law do so at their own risk and pbwin accepts no liability arising therefrom.
5. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement, whether imposed by pbwin, another gambling operator, or a regulatory body, at the time of registration or during your use of the Platform.
6. You must not already hold another active or suspended pbwin Account. pbwin strictly enforces a one-account-per-person policy. Duplicate account holders will have all associated accounts suspended and may forfeit any balances pending investigation.
7. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are acting under the supervision of a guardian or legal representative, you are not eligible to register.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pbwin Account login credentials, including your password, one-time passwords (OTPs), and any device-based authentication factors.

• You must not share your login credentials with any third party, including family members or friends. pbwin accounts are strictly for individual use by the registered account holder.
• You must notify pbwin's customer support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to, or suspected compromise of, your Account. Contact is available via 24/7 live chat.
• pbwin will never proactively contact you to ask for your password through any channel, including live chat, email, or SMS. Any such request should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to support immediately.
• You acknowledge that any activity conducted through your Account, prior to your notification of unauthorized access, will be treated as having been carried out by you and you shall bear full responsibility for such activity.
• pbwin employs 256-bit SSL encryption, OTP two-factor authentication for new device logins, device fingerprinting, and automatic session expiry after 30 minutes of inactivity. These measures supplement but do not replace your own security obligations.
• pbwin reserves the right to lock or suspend an Account at any time if unusual or suspicious login activity is detected, pending Player verification. Affected Players will be notified via their registered email address.

pbwin is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity and age of all Players before processing withdrawals. This process is known as Know Your Customer (KYC).

To complete KYC verification, you will be required to provide:

• A clear photograph or scan of a valid, government-issued Philippine identification document. Accepted documents include the Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID), and Voter's ID.
• A selfie or photograph holding the submitted identification document, taken within the period specified in the verification request.
• Proof of your registered mobile number or email address, as required.
• Proof of payment method ownership may be required where deposit sources cannot be automatically verified.

pbwin aims to complete standard KYC verification within 24 hours of receiving all required documents. Incomplete or illegible submissions will delay verification. pbwin reserves the right to request additional documentation for enhanced due diligence in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.

All deposits to your pbwin Account are made in Philippine Pesos (PHP). pbwin does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. The following terms govern deposits on the Platform:

• Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online, and InstaPay. Minimum deposit amounts vary by method and are displayed at the point of transaction within your Account.
• GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your pbwin Account balance in real time upon successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take up to 30 minutes to reflect, subject to the processing hours of the respective bank.
• You may only deposit funds from payment methods that you own and are registered in your name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and constitute a breach of these Terms.
• pbwin does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider (e.g., your bank or e-wallet) may impose its own transaction fees, for which pbwin bears no responsibility.
• pbwin reserves the right to impose deposit limits on any Account at any time, including limits requested by the Player through Responsible Gaming Tools or imposed by pbwin in exercise of its PAGCOR compliance obligations.
• Any deposit made in error — including erroneous amounts or payments made to the wrong account — should be reported to pbwin customer support immediately. pbwin will endeavor to assist in resolving such errors but cannot guarantee recovery in all circumstances.

pbwin processes withdrawal requests to Philippine-registered payment accounts owned by the Player. The following terms apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawals require a fully completed KYC verification (see Section 4). No withdrawal will be processed for an unverified Account.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed within the withdrawal interface in your pbwin Account. Standard minimums are ₱200 for GCash and Maya withdrawals.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 5–10 minutes. InstaPay withdrawals typically process within 5–30 minutes. BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers typically process within 30–60 minutes during banking hours. pbwin does not guarantee processing times, which may be affected by third-party payment provider delays.
• You may only withdraw to payment accounts registered in your own name and matching your verified pbwin identity. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• pbwin reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to enhanced identity verification, source of funds documentation, or transaction history, in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.
• Withdrawals of active Bonus funds are not permitted until all applicable wagering requirements have been met and the bonus has converted to withdrawable real-money balance in accordance with the applicable promotion terms.
• In the event of a suspected breach of these Terms, pbwin may freeze withdrawal processing pending investigation. Affected Players will be notified in accordance with Section 13 of these Terms.

pbwin offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback awards, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms published for each individual promotion:

• All bonuses are awarded at pbwin's sole discretion and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice, except where a Player has already met the relevant qualifying condition for a specific bonus.
• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before any resulting balance is available for withdrawal. Wagering requirements for each promotion are stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Different game categories contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino games typically contribute 10–20%. Sport bets may be excluded or have separate requirements. Specific contribution rates are set out in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are granted on a one-per-player, one-per-household, one-per-IP-address, and one-per-payment-method basis unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• pbwin reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom if pbwin determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, using identical payment methods across accounts, placing opposing bets to eliminate risk, or any other strategy that pbwin, in its reasonable judgment, considers to be an abuse of promotional terms.
• Unclaimed bonuses expire within the period stated in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonus credits are forfeited automatically.

All games made available on the pbwin Platform — including slots, live dealer casino games, bingo, RNG table games, and sports betting — are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game or game type, which are accessible within each game's information panel or via pbwin's customer support team.

• Random Number Generator (RNG) games at pbwin use certified RNG technology. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all RNG-based games are published within the respective game information panels.
• Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studios. Game outcomes in live dealer games are determined by the physical results of the game being played and are not subject to RNG manipulation by pbwin.
• In the event of a technical failure — including disconnection, game crash, or software error — during an active game round, the outcome of that round will be determined in accordance with the platform's game provider's technical rules. pbwin's support team will resolve such cases on a case-by-case basis with reference to available game logs.
• Sports betting markets, odds, and results are determined in accordance with pbwin's Sports Betting Rules, available separately. Results are determined by reference to the relevant official sporting governing bodies and leagues.
• pbwin reserves the right to void any bet placed in error — including bets placed at obviously incorrect odds due to a technical error — without prior notice. Players will be refunded the staked amount for any voided bet.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pbwin Platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to the relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or assisting another person in registering an Account with false information.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other time.
• Accessing the Platform using automated bots, scripts, crawlers, or any software that accesses, monitors, or copies any part of the Platform without express written authorization from pbwin.
• Exploiting any bug, glitch, technical error, or unexpected behavior in the Platform's software to gain a financial advantage. Discovered errors must be reported to pbwin support immediately.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring of transactions, or any other conduct designed to obscure the source of funds in violation of the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players or with any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game on the Platform.
• Attempting to interfere with, damage, or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure, security, or the experience of other Players.
• Placing bets using funds sourced from criminal activity or funds that are not legally owned by the registered Account holder.

All content on the pbwin Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game content, images, text, graphics, logos, interface design, trademarks, and trade names — is owned by or licensed to pbwin and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Platform without pbwin's prior written consent.

The pbwin name, logo, and all related trademarks are proprietary marks of pbwin. You may not use them for any commercial purpose, in any marketing material, or in any manner that suggests endorsement or affiliation without express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pbwin shall not be liable to you for:

• Any loss of profits, winnings, revenue, data, goodwill, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform, whether or not pbwin was advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any part thereof, whether caused by technical failure, maintenance, force majeure, government order, or any other cause beyond pbwin's reasonable control.
• Any unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers, including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, and other partner institutions.
• Any gambling losses sustained as a result of your own voluntary decisions to place bets on the Platform. Gambling carries inherent financial risk and pbwin accepts no responsibility for gaming losses.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit pbwin's liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

pbwin is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming in the Philippines. The Platform provides the following tools to help Players manage their gaming activity, accessible through Account Settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before they take effect.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session durations after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Check Notifications: Players may set periodic reminders displaying time spent and net wins/losses during the current session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may temporarily suspend their Account for a period of their choosing (minimum 24 hours, maximum 90 days). Cooling-off periods take effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the selected period.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may permanently self-exclude from the Platform. Permanent self-exclusion is immediate and irreversible through normal account recovery processes. To reinstate a permanently self-excluded account after a minimum 6-month period, contact pbwin's Responsible Gaming team directly.

pbwin reserves the right to enforce responsible gaming restrictions on any Account, including imposing deposit limits, requiring breaks, or suspending accounts, if pbwin identifies patterns of behaviour consistent with problem gambling — even where a Player has not requested such measures. These interventions are made in good faith for the Player's benefit and in compliance with pbwin's PAGCOR obligations.

pbwin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Player has provided false, inaccurate, or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• The Player's Account is associated with suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• The Player has engaged in prohibited conduct as set out in Section 9.
• Continuation of the Account would cause pbwin to be in breach of its PAGCOR compliance obligations or applicable Philippine law.
• The Player requests account closure themselves through pbwin's self-exclusion process or standard closure request.

Where an Account is suspended or closed by pbwin for cause (i.e., due to a breach of these Terms), pbwin may withhold some or all of the Account balance pending investigation. Funds found to have been obtained through prohibited conduct may be forfeited. Any balance remaining after a legitimate investigation is resolved may be returned to the Player's verified payment method.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting pbwin's 24/7 live chat support. Voluntary closures will be processed after any outstanding bonus wagering requirements or pending withdrawal requests have been resolved.

pbwin collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and pbwin's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of your agreement with pbwin.

By registering with pbwin, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and the provision of the Platform services.

pbwin does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with regulated service providers and as required by law, including disclosure to PAGCOR, the AMLC, and other Philippine regulatory bodies where required.

pbwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pbwin will notify registered Players via their registered email address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting pbwin's customer support team.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated at the top of this page. Previous versions of these Terms are archived and are available on request.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, your Account, or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the following resolution process:

1. Informal Resolution: Before initiating any formal proceedings, you agree to first contact pbwin's customer support team via live chat or email to attempt an informal resolution. pbwin will endeavor to respond within 5 business days.
2. PAGCOR Complaint Process: If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to PAGCOR's formal complaint resolution process where PAGCOR has jurisdiction over the subject matter of the dispute.
3. Philippine Courts: If the dispute cannot be resolved through the above processes, both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause prevents pbwin from seeking injunctive or other urgent equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legal rights.
